Vacancy: Financial Administrator / Funds & Accounts Manager The incumbent will report to the Country Director and cooperate with Project Management. S/he will overlook funds administration, set up adequate systems and structures for proper handling of documentation       and receipts in line with general standards and specific donor requirements, maintain accounts in several currencies, generate regular financial reports for PM and donors, ensure adequate cash-flow planning, facilitate overview of finances by the Board of Directors, provide information as required by external auditors, ensure that HR payments and other procedures are in line with recent regulations, organize applications for duty waivers for imports of project equipments ensure RENAMA’s compliance with all tax and financial legislation of Malawi. Educational & Background Requirements: A relevant educational background and work experience in accounting of at least four years, with a minimum of two years in a fully self-responsible position with similar tasks, using common NGO accounting standards and software, are prerequisites for this post. Proficiency in MS Excel, advanced use of MS Word. Personal Skills:
